needed for each team of cheerleaders and flag football):

A typical flag football practice includes warm-up, practice of skills and drills, devotions, scrimmage, post-practice meeting. Typical cheerleading practice includes warm up and stretching activities, review, devotions, teaching of new material and post-practice meeting.
