Follow-Up Commissioner (1 position
open): The Upward Follow-Up Commissioner is responsible for keeping connections made during the Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading season. The Follow-Up Commissioner attends the Upward commissioner training meeting; recruits people to help with follow-up; coordinates visitation or communication efforts with players, cheerleaders and adults who expressed the desire for a closer relationship with Jesus Christ during the season; prepares, collects and sorts information cards for Upward Awards Celebration; plans follow-up meeting for coaches and follow-up volunteers; works closely with those responsible for follow-up ministry at St. Luke Church and School.

Follow-Up Volunteers (? positions open): Follow-Up volunteers assist the Follow-Up Commissioner in preparing, collecting and sorting cards at Awards Celebration; conduct visits or calls to those who have expressed the desire for a closer relationship with Jesus Christ during the season.
