Thanks volunteers!

Thanks and praise be to God who has blessed this endeavor and continues to bless us daily.
The organizers of WILL RUN FOR FOOD feel blessed by the outpouring of generosity toward hungry people here and around the world.

Our 2010 donations totalled $12,000. At home our donations have provided at least 4 months of groceries for 250 families monthly who depend on Sonshine Ministries Food Pantry.
Our donations to Food for the Poor have provided “everything for a family with nothing,” the Meus family of Artibonite, Haiti, including: a new house with a latrine; rice and beans for a year; a small business project to help provide a source of income; school supplies for two children (including books and uniforms); clothing and shoes. WILL RUN FOR FOOD has also enabled Food for the Poor to plant 140 fruit-bearing trees (avocado, breadfruit, banana and mango) to combat the massive deforestation in Haiti while providing a sustainable source of nutritious food.
